I had my upper wisdom teeth removed last month by Dr. Parmer and his staff. I am a self pay patient. What they charged me was extremely fair and well below what I had expected to pay checking prices in my area. They are some of the kindest people that I have had the privilege to see regarding my health issues. Dr. Parmer allowed me to decide if the procedure was something I wanted to go through with, as my complaint was not something that typically is caused by the wisdom teeth. I am happy to say though that I do believe that the removal has helped me to some degree with my pain. He and the staff were all incredibly kind and got me in to see him within a few days, and for my surgery date they were able to fit me in for a cancellation early. I cannot express how grateful I am that I was able to see a doctor who truly does care for his patients, and all the staff reflects that same care as well. Thank you again.

My son recently had oral surgery by Dr. Macholl. He and his staff are one of a kind. He was very patient in answering any and every question regarding our concerns. He explained the procedure well. He made my son feel comfortable and reassured him that everything would be fine. After surgery, he explained my son’s aftercare precisely. I cannot say enough great things about this oral surgeon’s office! I was extremely nervous going into my procedure, but the staff was so friendly and professional. The lady who did my IV was very gentle and really put me at ease, which made a huge difference for me. Dr. Stephen Siew was absolutely amazing. He personally called me before my surgery to answer my questions and calm my nerves, and after the procedure, he checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was doing well and recovering okay. That level of care and dedication is rare to find, and it really shows how much he cares about his patients. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I am so grateful to Dr. Siew and his team for making a stressful situation such a positive one.
